Hey everyone! I know it's been awhile since I last wrote but I have been really sick and honestly just haven't felt like doing this. I got sick on Valentines Day and I haven't gotten better yet. It sucks. I feel so bad. So, as you can assume, I haven't done anything exciting that's worth talking about since I've been sick, so I don't have very much to write about.
I guess I'll start with Valentines Day since that's when I got sick. This year Valentines Day wasn't anything very special. I had my boyfriends F250 detailed for him and got him a card and that's about it. He got me some roses and a card, and if we can find one this weekend at the gun show he is buying me a shot gun to shoot skeet with for the big part of my gift. He told me before Valentines Day that I wasn't getting my big present until afterwards. He has to wait until the gun show this weekend because I have to have a youth gun and him and my dad are going together to pick me one out. I'm pretty excited. If he can't find one for me there then he's going to get the exhaust on my truck fixed and my windows tinted. He bought me Flowmasters for my truck last year but the exhaust is just turned straight down and not piped out the back which is illegal and I can't get it inspected. Valentines Day isn't such a big deal with us as it is with most couples my age because that's our second one together as a technical couple, but it's really our third one together.
I guess that's about all the rambling I can do about Valentines Day, so the only other interesting that has happened is the Daytona 500. Dale Earnhardt Jr. didn't win so I'm not happy. I was hoping he would win this year since it is 2008 and the 60th anniversary of NASCAR and the 50th anniversary of the Dayton 500 because it would have been so perfect since his dad won it in 1998 on the 50th anniversary of NASCAR and the 40th anniversary of the Daytona 500, but oh well.
Well, I think I am going to go to bed now and hope that I wake up feeling better than I do tonight. Goodnight.
